Five five What up? Hello. Ha ha. Who is who's here with us today? Gemma Boyd, Andy Straga, and a special guest. We have a special guest today. I know you guys are at home probably thinking, oh my god, who is it? Is it Bob Lazar? I know. It's better. Is it the guy from the Philadelphia experiment? I wish. Is it the guy who sent Obama to Mars? It's better. It's better.
SPEAKER_04Do you want to introduce yourself?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, how about we have them introduce themselves? Sorry for the mic noise you're gonna hear, okay?
SPEAKER_04Hi. And who are you, ma'am? I'm Gemma Boyd's daughter. Very good. Thank you for joining us today, Gemma Boyd's daughter.
SPEAKER_03We love Gemma Boyd's daughter. Everybody, give it up for Gemma Boyd's daughter.
SPEAKER_04Woo! She is a big fan of the show.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. She, whenever she came in this room, she pointed at the little little thingy and was like, is that what Gemma messes up each time? And I was like, yes. Good eye.
SPEAKER_04She's wearing her Sisters in Space shirt, which surprised me because the way we worked this all out is she was dropped off at my work for and she like spent the last few hours in an office. And she wore I did not expect her to wear, but I should have expected she wore her sisters in space shirt, which was pretty awesome.
SPEAKER_03You're very thoughtful and very what's the word? Like sensitive. You're just a good kid.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, she is a good kid. I love you. She was great. She was great at work today. Uh just reading. I would expect nothing less.
SPEAKER_03Right. You've got two kids. One's a little crazy. I do have to say, this is kind of funny though. I feel like the other one is very similar to how I was as a kid. Yes. It's like birth order. It is.
SPEAKER_04Little Jumma, like me, and your son is very much like I was.
SPEAKER_03And now as an adult, I'm like, you're so good. You're such a good kid. You keep being good. And then the other one's bad. And I'm like, how do you deal with it?
SPEAKER_04Well, you're like, because I was like, well, like you'll be like, he needs to get bullied a little bit because he's always the baby. No, that's a good one. No one checks him, so you check him sometimes. Sometimes I check him out. Not in an inappropriate way.
SPEAKER_03No, but like every now and then I'll just call out is how he's acting a little bit. But it's just kind of it's just a little bit ridiculous of me because that's exactly how I was as a kid.
SPEAKER_04And he he is he is very kid.
SPEAKER_03No, he is. He is. He's just wild.
SPEAKER_04And me, you know, you have your moments.
SPEAKER_03He's a little, he's a little, he's very funny. He has a lot of little personality in there. He does. You know what I mean? So he's just a little wild. And then you have this one who's a precious little baby angel. She's a little baby angel. And you know how you know that too? The dogs love her. My rabbit loves her. The spiders loved her. She didn't love them. They still loved her. But they still loved her because she's a baby angel. She's perfect. They recognize it. Yeah. Real recognizes real. All right. That's right. Okay. Anyway, we're sisters in space, everybody. Did you say your name? Yeah. I think we I think we opened with mine. Okay. I was pretty sure you said yours. You opened with it. Oh, we did.
SPEAKER_04Right.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03Thank you though for caring.
SPEAKER_04The other name drop I want to make is um my friend, who is a newer listener to the podcast, because we don't talk very often because we're in different states. But my friend Steph. What up, Steph? Steffi, she is a fan. Um, I sent her a sister some space shirt. Did you? I did. She sent me a picture of her wearing it. She's in a different state, and she's like, I'm gonna represent down here, which is awesome. So hey Steph. Thanks for being a listener. Oh, and also I will say, um, we had a listener from is it Idaho?
SPEAKER_03I can't Did you hear that? I did hear that. That was a demon in my throat. I have no idea. Did you hear that? It was like it was like this is the evil trying to get out.
SPEAKER_04Oregon. Was it Oregon? My daughter's.
SPEAKER_03Oh, wait, the person who sent us fan mail.
SPEAKER_04Yes. So thank you, friend from Oregon. And I am going to get a list of the books that um I've read.
SPEAKER_03I'm gonna find when I found this because I'm gonna read what they said. It'll make more sense to everybody. Yeah. So we got some fan mail. So if you ever notice on the podcast, you can click like send fan mail. So what that does is it almost sends us like a text, but we can't answer you. And we don't see who you are. It just says like from Oregon or whatever. Um so this person said, Hi, I just found your podcast. I've been binging all week because I'm obsessed. I have one request though. Can you please start sharing the titles of your UFO books? Maybe start a book club. I've really recently started reading, and Gemma has the coolest books. I'd appreciate the info. And I know she's flipping her invisible hair because she's bald. I'm not bald.
SPEAKER_04I have my hair pulled.
SPEAKER_03But I just realized no one can see us and I can tell them whatever I want.
SPEAKER_04I thought I was bald once, remember? That was so funny.
SPEAKER_03Your big big big big big wispies, and you thought you were bald. Yeah, that's exactly what just happened that you just you just flipped your non-existent hair.
SPEAKER_04But we will like, I'm gonna get Andy a list of the book so we can post it like on the Instagram. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_03Or even just read through every now and then. A book club though might be a little difficult.
SPEAKER_04I would I mean, I would love to do that. I just we just don't have the time. But I love talking. I mean, I have a book.
SPEAKER_03I brought a book with me today to show Andy. It's a picture book. And then also I have another quick uh note. A friend of mine who I knew in real life messaged us that they had an encounter. Oh, I sent it to you. You didn't read it?
SPEAKER_04I did read it. No, no, I thought it was something different than that.
SPEAKER_03Yes, he says, I asked them if I could talk about it a little bit on the podcast. So, again, real quick before we get in the story, because I have we have a hard hour cutoff today. I started a new job and my life is a lot harder. But our friend Ryan, in like somewhat close to Pittsburgh. I think it's closer to like it's like closer to the wilderness, though, of PA, but like still within a couple hours of Pittsburgh. Um, they said last night a black triangle craft came out and hovered over my friend and I as we were driving.
SPEAKER_04Crazy.
SPEAKER_03She was excited.
SPEAKER_04That was you.
SPEAKER_03Yes, but I am terrified still. I have not seen anything here before, but this is messing me up so much because it was so close to my home and it was traveling to us and hovering over us about 30 feet above us in the trees. Fair. It was hovering over us in the opposite direction of where it came at the same speed as us, and then it was just gone. Just after being over us, there were deer standing in the road just watching it and staring at it. We had to drive around the deer. As soon as we got around them, the craft had just disappeared.
SPEAKER_04So Ryan doesn't mention like any loss of time because I mean, remember there were the um what was it? The Hudson Valley UFOs where people were in the car, and they don't, they like in the moment didn't remember getting abducted, but like had dreams.
SPEAKER_03Nothing like that. I asked a couple clarifying questions, and they did say it was over th for about 30 to 40 seconds, and there was absolutely no sound, and the light didn't cast, but it was blinding to look at. Oh my gosh. Um, I don't know if that makes sense, but it was almost impossible to look up at for long. It shimmered like it wasn't just light, it was the actual ship, but was also the flattest black you could ever imagine. The flattest black, you couldn't make out anything other than the shape and the lights. The weirdest part is that I swear I felt it coming before I saw the lights. I just got super queasy out of nowhere, and my friend also got sick.
SPEAKER_04That's crazy.
SPEAKER_03So that that's how they experienced that, which is really scary and crazy. So kind of awesome.
SPEAKER_04Well, I mean, I like want to be jealous, but can't be. Like um, you know, because uh to have an encounter like that is uh it's very cool, but at the same time, I would be the same way as Ryan. I would be messed up.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, Ryan is not feeling good about it. Ryan's friend Jane, though, loved it. Loving it.
SPEAKER_04Well, just in case this um helps Ryan to feel any better, based on what we've learned thus far in the podcast, if Ryan wasn't abducted, then it's unlikely that something like that'll happen again. That's true. You know, like it probably was just a drive-by and they're not interested, and you can sleep without worry of sorry, my dog is afraid of the storm. He's like your son. If you hear anything, there's thunder in the background.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Um also what's that famous saying? Um, abduct me once, shame on you, abduct me twice. Shame on me was the saying. That that old I think you made that up.
SPEAKER_04I mean, I would I think in both instances it's the alien. Shame on you both times.
SPEAKER_03So it's like abduct me one, shame on you, abduct me twice, extra shame on you.
SPEAKER_04Yes, that's rude.
SPEAKER_03Yes, that's rude. But abduct me zero times probably won't happen. Yeah, is what you were getting at. That's the old saying, if I remember. I think that's right. Yeah, I think I would like to write that in one of these books.
SPEAKER_04Um before we jump in, I know we're at nine minutes now.
SPEAKER_03Wow, the salt. The salt. I keep telling her if you're gonna go over an hour, we need to make this two parts. But Jem is mad.
SPEAKER_04We're gonna make it through one. I think there's not enough content for two.
SPEAKER_03Okay, well then we'll make it through one.
SPEAKER_04But two put two things real quick. Yes. One, there was the fifth uh UFO disclosure by the federal government. Okay. It didn't go through anything, but there was an article on the Daily Mail that referenced this, like this file or this, I guess this file in the drop. And I'm just gonna read it to you. It's from November 8th, 1963, and it was um I think it's our record, you United States, but it was a report from Rio de Janeiro.
SPEAKER_03It says that like the huge Jesus'.
SPEAKER_04Yes. Okay, but yes, I believe so. So reports from the municipality of Conde in Baia, but no clue. Uh say a large metal sphere fell in the center of the city, gouging a hole four meters deep, which I don't know how big a meter is, but I mean four of them is pretty impressive. Sounds pretty impressive. The mysterious sphere has window-shaped openings covered with thick glass. Inside is a human body dressed in heavy clothing bearing inscriptions which cannot be deciphered. The population of Conde is intrigued, and the authorities have been informed. That's terrifying. And by intrigued, do you mean terrified and moving out? Packing their shit? There's a human, which I'm like, can't be alive at this. No! Wait, wait, wait. Are you saying the inscriptions are just like carved into them? I'm guessing so when I first read it on thought. I I thought when I first read it, I thought the inscriptions were on the human. Yes, yes. But then when I reread it a couple times, it says, in a human body, oh, is a human body dressed in heavy clothing bearing, like clothing bearing inscriptions. So I think the inscriptions were on the clothing and I thought.
SPEAKER_03They were painted or carved into this person. Me too. Yeah, that's right.
SPEAKER_04I thought they were like, here's a human doll.
SPEAKER_03Right. Like this is what's up. Here's a message. Yes. This is a message for humans.
SPEAKER_04This is a message to a human with sorry, little Gemma.
SPEAKER_03Well, she would have listened anyway, right? So um, but anyway, so that was That's terrifying. Yeah, either way. Also, what happened to the cloak? What happened to the garb?
SPEAKER_04There's nothing, which I mean, you know, our government didn't just sit on this. They're just like just noting for the foul. No, they went to Rio de Janeiro. Yeah, they did. And they have the body with the clothes.
SPEAKER_02The storm is really scary. Sorry if you guys can hear it.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So um, but they don't I now I didn't like I mean, I've told you before how they split up, they don't keep all the foul stuff together, so it's possible that's a good thing.
SPEAKER_02They made more on the files to like get through it. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And this was just from Daily Mail. I didn't go into trying to look for it. But then the other thing is everyone, you should be very excited because we now have pictorial proof that Obama was on Mars. Stop. If you saw Daily Mail article, there was an image of a man in stride on Mars. It may be a rock formation just shaped like a man or President Obama.
SPEAKER_03President Obama. So it was like my second day of work, my phone was going off, and it was Jem sending me this article about pictures of Obama on the moon. And I literally looked at it and was like, because I was like so busy. I mean, did you believe me? No. And I was irritated because I didn't have the time to message you back and be like, that is not real.
SPEAKER_04It was funny. But it's a wrong word, it's definitely but I thought it was funny. Okay. So today's episode is Bob Lazar. My daughter's wearing her sisters in space shirt. I'm wearing my Bob Lazar shirt. I wore this to work. I was really hot. I had a sweater over me all day because I can't wear this to work. Sure. And then I got like too hot over. Overheated. Yeah, I got it's humid in Pittsburgh today. It really is. The air conditioning doesn't matter. No.
SPEAKER_02So, anyways. That's funny. It is a really sick shirt, though. Yeah. Both shirts, all these things.
SPEAKER_04Oh. And okay. So the content for today's podcast is a movie about Bob Lazar. It's available on Amazon Prime, or you can go to the website. The movie has a website. It's called um Project Gravitar. Yeah. G-R-A-V-I-T-A-U-R.
SPEAKER_01Gravitar.
SPEAKER_04I'm pretty sure it's Gravitar. And um I think you can like be a member or something and get the movie. You can buy it on DVD or you can watch it somehow on their channel. But it's called S for the Bob Lazar story.
SPEAKER_03That's what this is, what we're talking about today. Yes, okay.
SPEAKER_04And now, like that's where the bulk of the content is from. But I've listened to Bob Lazar talk on various podcasts. Yeah. I've watched another Bob Lazar documentary. So I have like general Bob Lazar information.
SPEAKER_03Do the theme song to announce?
SPEAKER_04Our family's been singing it all week in preparation. You guys. I mean, I can't believe you wouldn't.
SPEAKER_03You gotta do it.
SPEAKER_04Bobblezan. Do do do do do do. Boblazon. Bobblezan. We baby. We have been singing that. You don't even know. Huh. We love Bobblez. She's shaking her head. Yeah. But that was you came up with that, and it was the best moment of my life. And we were singing it all week in anticipation.
SPEAKER_03I'm glad I hope everybody is seeing it. You should. I hope every time he goes to a convention, everyone does that at him. Why doesn't he play that? He should play it.
SPEAKER_04It is perfect. Anyways, so um so the content is from the story, but he also has an autobiography called Dreamland that's really good. Um, I would I would recommend reading his autobiography and also watching this movie. It was the significance of this movie is the director and executive producer, whoever filmmaker, his name's Luigi. I forget his last name is something very Italian.
SPEAKER_03I would I would expect the follow-up to be Italian.
SPEAKER_04He created ever like he created the S4 facility. And not just, I think, like it's not just computer generated. I think they like made, you know, I don't know. I'm not into that kind of thing. But what you see in the movie is what Bob Lazar saw when he was there. They recreated everything. And Bob Lazar says, he said, now I don't know if my recollections are a hundred percent correct, but for what I remember is exactly what you see in this movie. So you see the craft that Bob Lazar saw. Okay. Like you see every you see the facility looks exactly the way like he so that's what's cool.
SPEAKER_03So when he put some money into it, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I think that's what it was three years to put some.
SPEAKER_03I love that because I'm not gonna lie, a lot of these alien docs have some really shit CG. Well, this I think it's hard to watch.
SPEAKER_04It's it's money, like it cost us ten dollars to rent.
SPEAKER_03Worth it.
SPEAKER_04It was worth it. I would highly recommend it. It's very well done. Like this tell they tell the story in a way that you understand. Love that. When you listen to him talk on podcasts, it's hard. I printed out, it's hard to like imagine the pieces that he talks about. So I printed some pictures yeah, from the website so that at least Andy, you can see it and help me describe it to our listeners.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I'll try to post some of these if if I can.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I don't know if we're allowed to, or that we're allowed, probably not. Maybe just a link to the Project Gravatar website. I mean it's on there, but um but anyways, so it's really, really good. And also on the Project Gravatar website, I ordered so there was a poster, Bob Lazar said there was a poster at the S4 facility, which is a federal it's it's S4 is on Area 51. So it's it's a facility. I was hoping you would explain that. Yeah. And um in his whole like in the facility he was in, he said there were the there was this poster that was the craft he worked on with the UFO hovering over the desert, and it says they're here. Like, and he thought it was funny that the feds like put up this poster. So you can order the poster, like they recreated the poster. That's awesome, and you can pay an extra twenty dollars to get an autographed copy. So I did.
SPEAKER_03By Bobblezar.
SPEAKER_04By Bob Lazar. It better be wet ink and not yeah, like a stamp.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, yeah, for like some kind of prank.
SPEAKER_04I will drive to their house for $20. I need a wet signature, Bobblezar. So I'm very excited. So check out their website.
SPEAKER_03They have a lot of that reminds me of like the I Want to Believe poster. It's but it's like it's very similar.
SPEAKER_04It's but the craft is lower. Yeah, and instead of I Wanna Believe, it says they're here. That's awesome. Yeah, that's really cool. It is really cool. Check it out. Yeah, the Bob website. So, anyways, okay. So, for those of you who don't know, Bob Lazar um is an American citizen who I'm gonna give a general overview and then go into detail. He worked at the S4 facility, which like I said is a part of Area 51 from December of 1988 to May of 1989, so not very long. Yeah, they didn't last very long. Um, in December of 88, he was hired as a senior staff physicist by a governmental contractor called EG and G Special Project. So it's very f common, I guess, for the government to contract with these private companies. You know, so he was hired by them, but he worked at the government facility. He was told that he would be working on an advanced propulsion system out of a remote Nevada test site known as Area 51. I think around the time, but I might not be right, the people like if they knew about Area 51, it was as a as a test site for like weapons and in our military craft. I don't know if it was in the public sphere that they had UFOs there. Yeah. So he thought he was gonna work on a government, like a you know, one of our plane propulsion systems. It was Bob and 21 other 21 other people who were there. He said he was never comfortable knowing that this information was being kept from the world, and he began to worry that the fact that he knew this stuff was gonna endanger his life. Like he was worried about the feds coming after him.
SPEAKER_03Smart man.
SPEAKER_04Yes, of yes. Um, so then so he went public with the secrets, and naturally, like you do. Well, I mean, so and I'm getting ahead of myself, but people were following him, and then he actually got caught. Um, there was a whole thing, but so it was he thought they were gonna kill him, so that's when he went public. So he thought, if I go public and they kill me, it's proving that what I said was right. So if I go public and they're they can't do anything to me, otherwise it's gonna be admitting that I'm telling the truth and not a crackpot. Um and so what he said to the public was the US government has nine flying saucers of extraterrestrial origin, our government's dismantling them, they're analyzing them and they're testifying them. Like that was a gist of like, which which in the 80s I think was a radical idea. Yeah, now it's not so much. So Bob Lazar was someone who was always interested in science and engineering. Um, he really liked jet and rocket engines, um, and he became locally famous for putting a jet engine into a Honda Civic. And they showed like a video of him driving around. Like, can you imagine if someone drives down the street and there's like fire? Yes, fire out the back. It was his wife's car. He just put a jet engine in it. Is she still with him? They got divorced.
SPEAKER_03Okay, yeah. I was gonna say I would be so pissed.
SPEAKER_04It wasn't because of that that they got divorced, but I'm sure it was a list.
SPEAKER_03I'm sure it was a build of events that got to the point where it was like divorced! You know what I mean? Yeah, it was almost one straw that broke the camel's back. I mean, yes, sort of cool. No, it's not road legal. You can't take it to work anymore.
SPEAKER_04I don't understand. So instead of the police arresting him for not having a road legal vehicle, they the the paper wrote up an article. He was a front page paper of like a local newspaper of like front page story on a local newspaper for this Honda Civic jet engine. Um, so at that time, this was 1982 when he did the jet engine, yeah, he was working as a physicist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he was working on it says one of the world's largest particle beam accelerators. I don't know what that is. Um, the significance of that fact is that while he was there, he saw this scientist speak, a famous scientist. And um, he got there early, and the scientist was sitting outside reading the newspaper with his article in it. No, and so Bob used that as a way to like start a conversation with him. Oh thoughts moving.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, exactly. He flips his invisible hair.
SPEAKER_04You want to go for a ride, bruh? That is exactly what happened. Wow. Down to the flipping of the invisible hair. Wow. And um, so so fast forward to 1988 when Bob was looking for a new job and he reached out to this scientist, his name was Dr. Edward Teller, and was like, hey, do you remember me?
SPEAKER_03I'm the person who had the well and he did.
SPEAKER_04That's so funny. And so through Dr. Teller, um, Bob is connected with this E, G, and G um special projects and gets the job at S4. So that's how he gets there. Now, um like a little sidestep. So after Bob goes public with his story, um and he goes public to George Knapp, which everyone, if you've listened to earlier episodes, you've heard us talk about George Knapp. Um George Knapp was an investigative journalist. He's like a multiple Emmy winner for his journalism. He was an at that time, he was an anchor for a Las Vegas news station. Um so of course, when he's contacted by Lazar, Knapp does some level of investigation into Lazar's backstory, and he reaches out to Los Alamos National Laboratory to confirm that he had worked there. And they said, We have no record of Lazar working here. And then, but they found a 1982 laboratory phone book that listed Bob as a scientist who worked there, and then they also had the newspaper article. about the Honda Civic and it also identified him as a employee employee.
SPEAKER_03So what do you think it was then? They were just trying to be like the government wiped trying to wipe it. Wiped it clean. Wow.
SPEAKER_04And same thing with the EG and G, they reached out not reached out to them. They said they had no record of results.
SPEAKER_03It's like trying to get hired now. They have no employment history.
SPEAKER_04Petty as F. They wiped clean his employment history. His history. He like almost like witness protection program kind of but in a worse way because they tortured him by it. Right. Like wiped his past clean. He is the colleges he attended, they were like no record. Yep. But he would he I think the story is although I might not have it 100% right, but like he claimed to have gone to MIT and Caltech and neither place said they had records of him but he nap went back to MIT with him and and Bob was like knew that he knew the like he knew the facility. He clearly had a strong familiarity with that facility. That was insane. And what Nap said was that Nap would get in touch with people who were like yep I know him from that piece of his life and Nap would arrange for an interview but then when it got to the interview the person ghosted him. So it was like the government I'm assuming scared the person to not talk.
SPEAKER_03Were there anybody was anybody able to come forward who was like yeah I was in class with him well that's I was an employee like that's I think people anyone who did come forward they were eventually scared to not go on the record.
SPEAKER_04But that's the gist I got.
SPEAKER_03All because they want to discredit this man so hard. Yes. Which I mean that means to me like what he's saying is very true.
SPEAKER_04And there are other like factors here that will lend credibility to what he said as well. Yikes um the other thing was Kirkmeyer which was like a headhunter for places like Los Alamos National Laboratory. And but they're like Bob needs to give us permission to give you the records and so Bob did and then they kind of ghosted him and then Knapp reached back out and they're like oh um we can't find them or wait yeah we can't find the records. We have them we can't find them and then it was we don't have any records. So again like they were clearly told by someone not to that's insane has anyone ever talked to that ex-wife that's a good question. Now the they ended it was a bad end. He says this in the documentary but she was unfaithful. Oh so I don't know if he would even want to because she could you'd think I'm sure she'd be able to unless she's like she was ticked even though she was apparent allegedly yeah unfaithful unfaithful. But that is a good question.
SPEAKER_03Yeah I'm just curious I would probably try to I would imagine yeah I'd think yeah so okay so his time at S4 S Club that was a great show S Club 7 S Club 7 girl oh my god oh my god and that is their song every time I would go to work I would sing that because you are in the S Club it's S Club 4 but no I thought it was S Club 7 they have that He's in S Club IV He's in S Club IV S Club 7 is the the boy band the girl group it was a boy group girl mix were they British?
SPEAKER_04They were Australian okay for those of you look up S Club little Gemma we're gonna have to we're gonna have to play you some show it was I loved that show like worked at a hotel yes and then they like put on shows in the weekend hell yeah they were I remember there was one named Joe and she was a babe and I remember being like I want to be like her I tiny and blonde?
SPEAKER_03Yes yes but kind of kind of jacked oh was she like a lead singer? Yeah and she was kind of masculine yeah I know I did that they were all they were all cool punch they were all cool yeah that is a S Club he's in the S Club it's just S Club four.
SPEAKER_04He's in the better S Club better.
SPEAKER_03I love S club I'm sure as the numbers go down it just gets it cooler. We gotta find S Club one where's S Club one should we be S Club one?
SPEAKER_04Yeah let's be S Club S Club I'm gonna our next shirt's gonna have S Club 1 yeah I love that and just us as a boy band? Just us as a boy band. I like that that means we have to sing. I know we'll figure it out we'll Millie Vanilliot yeah perfect we can do that it's easy okay so um so okay he was at S4 sorry I'm just trying to go back into these notes I'll admit I wrote these sun I just joked are okay I'd give you my water but I might have that lettuce parasite this also happened to me when we recorded the other podcast this week I don't know what is water up here I just have like coffee in my throat oh my god now I'm sweating all over my whole body and you're wearing a sweatshirt you are distracted you're my sister you have to save me you can't let me die in front of your daughter we're gonna take a pen and we're gonna do a train emergency train there's a pen right here we have a pen right there we don't have a water for you but we have a pen.
SPEAKER_03There is that water but it's like six years old it probably shouldn't even be up here anymore. It's weird and gross but I mean it's carrying a look both have diarrhea from the lettuce parasite from whatever bacteria is in that water.
SPEAKER_04Oh my god if we're not back next month you know what it happened yeah okay I'm gonna give this coffee a second go don't choke this time okay so quite excited so Bob's hired to work at the S4 facility which again is part of area 51 and apparently back then the only way like the government the people who worked at that worked at area 51 would have to take they called it a Janet flight I have no idea what that is like a flight shuttle like it's like a plane yeah but like I don't know why it was called a Janet plane or Janet flight but I don't know anyways so he would go to the tarmac he'd get in this Janet plane and they would fly these area 51 into area 51. Every day well he said this ultimate schedule if he had stayed long enough would have been like two weeks on one week off and he would like live there for two weeks and come back. But initially it was like he it was random he would just get calls randomly and it'd be like almost like a I think it was almost like a psychological game. He'd be like you need to be at the tormac at 615 and be like four you know and he'd have to hurry up and like get ready and get over the players do be doing weird stuff.
SPEAKER_03Well and especially the government yeah I'm sure they were trying to see how he reacted under stress. Right like who was going to be fit for the job. Yes yes so he didn't stay long so um but also that would be like your nightmare gem having like get on a flight to go to work you would never do it. I'd have to quit immediately so you would have not also passed the test. I would I would have failed early on the second you showed up with the tarmac actually you'd have been like I thought it was a bus. I'm not for a bus I'm like where's the bus on? You're like where's the Janet bus? Where's the janit bus?
SPEAKER_04You said Janet plane I thought you said I could have sworn you guys said there was also a Janet bus or a Janet train. Did they have the ADA back then I'd try to like get an accommodation yeah I do I'm like do we have accommodations for people yeah I have an anxiety disorder. I do you do about flying for sure so funny okay so so he would have to fly but the significant piece about that was back then in the 80s it wasn't public knowledge that the government was like flying people into area 50 like workers that's how they got to Area 51. So that was one of the many things that he said in the 80s which was not out in the public sphere and then years later was proven to be true. Yeah. And then just high level so he'd fly there he'd get on a bus he would get on a bus once he got there. There was an eventual Janet bus. It was there it was which he said had the windows blacked out so you couldn't see and it was just like in the middle of the desert but still and then it would drive him to S4 and then and it was always his his boss's name was Dennis who seemed like a tough and cold guy. And Dennis Dennis was like always with him on the bus and would just stare down Dennis the menace. He totally was a menace sounds like it he was for sure and he would get off the bus and then go to the facility. So that was like his little ritual okay on his second day he so the first day he had to fill up paperwork didn't even get to S4. He just I mean I guess even with the government you have to do the typical onboarding he had to do his I9 yeah I'm sure he did I'm sure he did um second time he actually gets to the S4 facility he notices and I don't know if he noticed it actually at this moment but I'm gonna tell you about it now because it makes sense. So the facility is like it's a desert and they're just mountains. And the S4 facility was literally built into the side of a mountain. That's rad. So there were he said nine like hangars that were built into the side of the mountain. So if you were looking at it from aerially you couldn't they were the hangar doors were built on an like to match the angle of the slope of the mountain. Sounds like those sister wife houses in Utah yes yes and they were like brown I feel like aren't they like clay looking? Yeah that's hangar doors they were like painted and even I think were textured to look like the mountain. Wow so satellite imagery wouldn't detect these nine hangar doors. And then the man door he went in was like around the side and there's a little security camera but this facility is built into the mountain which is crazy and they have bases under I mean like come over they're building facilities in the side of the mountain. Yeah they're all over okay. So he goes in and there's a guard desk and there's a hand scanner. The hand scanner is significant because it once again is something he talked about in the 80s that everybody was like no way. They said together like this is like sci-fi right and it like years later the exact thing he described is now public knowledge. Okay. But you'd put your hand on it and it would measure your finger bones which apparently are like unique everyone's finger bones are different lengths and it would could tell who it was and it would spit out his badge. So I thought it was just like a security check but like that's how we got his badge each day. That is crazy.
SPEAKER_03Yes so he had this hand scanner would get his badge um sorry so why wouldn't it just read your fingerprints aren't those unique to you too the fact that it's scanning your bones is crazy.
SPEAKER_04Well I wonder if like I feel like on Jason Bourne that one whatever the Bourne identity okay it's like a spy kind of movie or CIA I'm pretty sure he gets he lifts a fingerprint using scotch tape off of now I don't know if that could happen. Like forensic file well they do that with like uh you know well then he used that to like put a fingerprint somewhere okay this is a crazy story I'm just gonna detour for a second I worked with this lady who was like literally certifiably crazy and she thought her boyfriend was cheating on her and this is back when iPhones had the thumb reader.
SPEAKER_03Yes which don't do they'll got now they have your fingerprint now they I don't do it. Well now you have a facial recognition or you type in a code but it doesn't matter my point being she waited for her husband to go to sleep to come all good and drunk and she took a silicone mold of his thumb and then made a positive that's crazy to unlock his phone. That's crazy. What'd she find? And she also well she did find a couple things but then she put a tracker on his car and the one day at work I could see like something moving along a map like I just like walked by her desk and could see like a map and like the red on the ID channel No girl this happened when I was at that sales job for signs and I see it beep beep beep she's tracking someone she gets up and she's like I have to go I have an emergency found him at the girl's house. Oh my God. Because she had she hit a tracker on his car. Why didn't she just call cheaters? Right just call Joey Greco Grecco you know what I mean that'd be the simpler thing to do to make a silicone silicone positive. And then it was so weird. So then like in the middle of this though like between the thumb and the tracking device she decided to start cheating on him too. So she'd be on the computer at work and you could see a live Google document where like someone else was typing and then she would type and then someone else was typing and I was like girl you gotta work. I was gonna say where was her supervisor my admin assistant I was like girl you have to get the You were her supervisor you cut that off I was 24 dude she was 46 like I didn't know you know what I mean listen lady today I would have cut that shit down but like that all I'm saying is yeah people do be lifted finger prep.
SPEAKER_04Well so maybe that's even housewives you know what I mean yes I mean with admin assistant which I'm guessing like you know she does she's not trained in doing that right no which was mean you know figured up crazy so that might be why they had the hands of the you can't fake that unless you like cut off someone's hand.
SPEAKER_03Right. But but then even then I would imagine it has some sort of heat technology. That's true. You know what I mean?
SPEAKER_04I would imagine so okay um so he gets his badge and they take him first to I think it was the medical room. They take it first to the medical room and sound spooky. Well I guess it was kind of spooky in that they were like listen you're gonna be dealing with a lot of material so we don't know what they are so we just want to test you to make sure you don't have an allergic reaction and they legit did like an allergy test. You know how they draw like a grid? Yeah like paint and they poke you oh my God but with like unknown substances have long term effects I don't know um and I mean he's gonna have cancer in his hand he might he might have to lose an arm I think he still has an arm so they do the allergy test on him he passes that and then they make him drink some like amber color liquid he said it reminded him of pine salt.
SPEAKER_03Whoa amber is the color of your energy I was like is there a pine salt song no that sounds awesome though. Was that Sublime?
SPEAKER_04That was 311 okay I'm not good with pine very similar to sublime though but yeah that's pretty rad I mean that's well he's he said the what he's they said that the pine saw liquid was to help with his immune system or immunity I believe it and he said it made him sick that night but he was fine after so and he's never had a cold again I wish that might I wouldn't that be that's a good question we should ask him that if we ever get to interview Bob Bazar my first question is gonna be since pine saw since sicknesses have you ever been sick?
SPEAKER_03Did you get COVID? Did you get COVID? Yeah yeah we should ask that's we should create a list of books and questions for Bob Czar correct also what are his thoughts on John Bonet Ramsey?
SPEAKER_04I just like I feel like I would be careful how about you he would have a very logical reasoned you know why I agree I didn't think I could love Bob Lazar more but then I just I mean I just happened he is so logical like he's you should really need to watch this movie or listen to his um podcast like the he doesn't do many interviews but he has done a few and the one thing I really appreciate about him is he's very accurate like or he tried he for someone who they claim is like yeah probably a liar he is very careful with his words because he only wants to like he doesn't hypothesize like he's like I'm only gonna tell you what I know I can guess other things but I'm gonna focus on what I know and he's very accurate even with his language. Like I said how he said I don't know if my recollection of the craft is 100% true but the craft in the movie is what is in my mind. So even he clarified that he wasn't like this is what it looked like he said I don't know if yeah exactly this is how I remember so I appreciate that personally too okay so after the medical tests he goes into what he called it a briefing room and there was a stack of files that he had to read through and um the files were on the different projects being worked on at S4. So there was his project what was called Project Galileo and that was the reverse engineering of an alien craft and he said the goal of the project was to see if the if the technology of the craft could be duplicated with earth materials. And there was Project Sidekick. It dealt with any weapons potential of the craft um there were these gr he called them gravity amplifiers that were which we'll talk about in a little bit but they were trying to use them to like whatever this force was coming out like whatever these force was it sounded like they tried to like narrow it into a particle weapon like a beam that I don't know and then Project Looking Glass which I've heard about which deals with time. I also feel like I've heard about that and I just need to find I want to do an episode on Project Looking Glass. I couldn't find any books on it but I'm gonna have to see if I can find some YouTube videos. Yeah. But um and that was using the gravity amplifiers to distort time I hate that to see if we could distort the flow of time. I hate that I it's it sounds incre crazy.
SPEAKER_03There's all kinds of theories I saved some videos I should try to find them for you. There's all kinds of theories about time being changed already and like things we remember from our childhood and that's Project Looking Glass the cornucopia with like yeah absolutely pains or for the bloom or something like that. Yeah and the Bernstein bears just E I N or A I N yeah like there's all kinds of stuff that they've like like people theorize that they've tested by removing these things from I believe it honestly it's terrifying series. I mean look because how do all of us remember something the exact same way? Yeah everybody. Yeah and I mean look the Philadelphia experiment.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Well then so I know they're like bouncing around in time um no but I think you're right like crazy we should do there's validity to that so okay and he mentioned like there was a bunch of other stuff in these fouls that I don't know if we'll have time to get to but um I might have actually even deleted it from my notes. They were originally 10 pages I think got it down to six. I know um but but he said he can't again him being accurate he doesn't know if the stuff in these files were true because he only the only thing he knew was true was what he actually witnessed. Sure. And he said he thinks um that they intentionally put fake information in files so that if someone was running their mouths and like each per the files each person there looked at were a little bit like the the fake pieces of information were different. So that like if my information said you know the sky is green and I was saying that to people they would know you know Demma is the one leaking the information. Right, right, right. That's really strategic. Yeah but for sure I mean I can imagine okay so then he goes into the lab and in the lab is his lab partner Barry. Barry and Barry seemed like really cool and nice and fun and he was like excited with a name like Barry. Right? There's only one way you can be and that's cool nice and fun. I agree I've never met a not cool berry. I've never met a berry but I'd like to meet one have you met a berry? Yeah really yeah I don't think I've met a berry that's funny I feel like that's not a common name anymore it's not a common name no so and this so this Barry was really nice um he was excited to have Bob because his la the rumor was and I don't know if Barry told Bob this or if he just kind of heard it um that Barry's last partner died because they tried to cut through one of the pieces of the propulsion system I think when it was active and it blew up blew him up. Oh my god it detonated it detonated holy cow so RIP and then Bob rock got brought in can you imagine no I'd be like where's that Janet plane out of here I need the bus with the blackout windows and Janet plane whatever about okay so um the pieces of the craft and I brought this picture so Andy you can help me like and I'm gonna try to point to the things so so he gets in the in in his lab there were three parts of the propulsion system so there was the emitter no sorry the reactor the reactor is top left yes it looks like a funnel upside down like a funnel that you'd like put oil into or something. Right now in the craft it was a funnel but in the lab it was just the half circle. Okay if you cut a basketball in half so like and yes so it was like a sphere half of a sphere sitting on top of with the round side up sitting on top of a square piece. Yeah like a construction cone but round on top yes so that was the reactor then the amplifier which isn't on that it was just like a rectangular box that was silver looking and then there was the emitter which is that black what it's a black and white picture. Yes it's like a cylinder with a like pipe sticking out of the side pipe or something. Yeah yeah yeah and now the the emitter so the cylinder piece was on its side so it wasn't sitting on the base of the cylinder up and down it was tilted on its side so you can almost roll it yeah okay like a rolling pin. Yes like a rolling pin thank you okay the three parts were not physically attached they're just in the same room but somehow they were connected they functioned together. What do you mean like they're all separately just like around the room but they still worked yes like so Barry would just rotate since the emitter was on its side and could be rolled he would just rotate the emitter a certain number of degrees and the whole thing turns on. And you know it's on because the reactor which is the like half circle on top of the square piece um that produced a gravity like field. Now everyone kept calling it anti-gravity but Bob was like the more and more I think about it the more and more I think this is a force that we have no idea about that it's not that we haven't learned about yet. Yeah that's like gravity but it's not and um the the the craziest though when this thing was on when it was off you could touch the reactor you could touch the semicircle you could it actually like the the pieces all came apart you could take it apart. When it was on you could try to like you would try to touch the reactor and it would push your hands back. Like there was a flu I was emitting some form of a feel and it didn't push your hands back. Like well yeah I guess it pushed on your hands. And um he said it was like a magnet like if you took a magnetic how imagine you're trying to push them together and there's that like force. But the crazy thing is so there's a law of physics every what is it every action has an equal and opposite reaction. That's not how this worked the silver square that this you know dome was on was not attached The table. So when it was turned off, you could push it and it would slide across the table. When it was on and you were pushing on that force, it wasn't like moving. Correct.
SPEAKER_03So the force is not pushing back on the reactor. Yes. Wow.
SPEAKER_04Which is not how things work. Even with magnets, when you push two magnets together, you can the other ones. Yes. Yeah, you could slide it across the table.
SPEAKER_03And the other magnet's gonna move.
SPEAKER_04Yes. And it didn't do that.
SPEAKER_03So that was like also congratulations to us for understanding that. Right? Crazy. Google Smart.
SPEAKER_04I mean, we smart. I think we could be working at the S Port facility right now. Spook. I'm shaking my uh shoulder to that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03We're doing it. I think we should apply. We should just give it a shot. I really don't want to be in the government's radar, though. That's true. I mean, yeah, I agree.
SPEAKER_04Like they're paying enough.
SPEAKER_03So we would be faking it till we made it. We would get there and be like, uh, yeah, the reactor. Sure. Laws of physics. We know the law of physics.
SPEAKER_04I was terrible at physics, so I would fail immediately. Jim, I didn't even get there. I didn't even take physics. Dad had to help me do my like car where you had to use a mouse trap. Dad was so good at stuff like that. He didn't help me with physics.
SPEAKER_03I say was. He's still alive. He's fine. Dad is good at stuff like that.
SPEAKER_04He is. He's making you a candle hoarder.
SPEAKER_03He's making me a candle hoarder for my BB gun. So custom made. A custom made.
SPEAKER_04Okay. So those were the three pieces. Inside the reactor, like I said, when it was when it was off, you could kind of take the reactor apart. The half circle came off the square piece. There was this like um Yeah, there's like a fan inside almost. There's like a yeah, there's like a up. No, no, no. Well, yeah. So there's if you look at that is inside. Yes, it's like a tube. React with like narrows at the top. Yes. Inside there was a triangular copper piece of something that was the fuel, and that is element 115. And element one is a stable version. Apparently, there's no stable version that exists on Earth. Um, and uh in the 80s, element 115 was not a thing, it was not known, and so that was something else that Bob Lazar talked about in the 80s that no one knew about that has since come to light that there is such a thing as element 115. This was a stable version, so he could take the um the triangle out, they could do stuff with it. He actually um allegedly had took some from the lab. Actually, I think in the documentary he admits to it. He said he did, then he took it back, and then he admitted to it. But so it was this triangle, and so anyways, element 115 was in there. That's the fuel. And have we identified where element 115 comes from? I think it's allegedly man-made. Is it? I think that's what I think. I mean, I'm not I know it's on the periodic chart right now. Okay, and I feel like they say it's man-made, but no, it was alien-made. It was alien made. Or it's from an alien planet. Yeah, like that's natural there. Okay, and he doesn't know if they've been able to produce like public knowledge, no stable version of it, but so the one thing that was crazy is they do this candle experiment where Barry put a lit candle at the mouth of the emitter. So I think where that little you have the black cylinder and then you have the silver tube, um, like at the end of the little like tube piece, and he turned it on, and it froze the candle. Like the flame was still producing light, but the flame stopped moving. Moving. And Barry said it was frozen in time, which is I can't even wrap my mind. I can't, I can't. And one other like there were several things that made Bob think that this was not this field wasn't gravity, and this was one of them. He said if this was gravity coming out of this thing, that it would have um bent the light of the candle, so it either would have looked distorted or you wouldn't be able to see it. Yeah. And this goes back to the Philadelphia experiment. For real. Wait, this game let me let me let me finish up that. But that's not real. Remember how they wanted to like make the ship invisible? Yeah. And I think that was part of the thing is if they bent light around it, like you wouldn't see it. And so that's what um Lazar was saying is like if this was gravity, you would either wouldn't have been able to see the candle or it would have been like distorted, and that didn't happen. It was just frozen. Then Barry took out the candle and then he pushed the emitter, like he rotated it further than he did the first time, and he said a black ball appeared in the air, like the size of a tennis ball, and he said it was jet black. No light or like coming from it or reflecting off of it. He said it looked like a black hole, but it wasn't a black hole. That's scary because you don't need one of those opening up, you know what I'm saying? You know what I mean? And he and I I listened to a podcast where he talked about this, and I forget. I feel like he said that had something to do with the sorting time, but I can't remember exactly what he said. But that is terrifying. I'm sorry. Yeah, I can't even. So we could never work at us four. We're back at us one, which is in this podcast room. Exactly. Um, okay, so the craft he worked on, he called it the sport model because it was a sleek looking craft. In your minds, listeners, it was like a stereotypical for the most part, uh flying saucer, what you would think. Um, he said it was 16 feet tall, 52 feet nine inches wide. It he said the exterior color was of unpolished, stainless steel. He said it didn't have like people might think when you think of a flying saucer, it has like it sits on a tripod when it lands. He said this did not have any like a tripod on the bottom, that it just sat on, it just sat flat down on it. He caught it on its belly, just sat on its belly in the ground um when it wasn't on. Yeah. He got to go inside. He said there were three levels. Um, he only got to see the first two. He they wouldn't let him know the third one. Because I guess that wasn't where the propulsion pieces were. So they were like, you don't need to know. Yep. And that's and I think I mentioned this before, but that was one of his big complaints is that they kept everyone, like, he wasn't even allowed to talk. There were 22 scientists there. The only person he could talk to was Barry, and he said he thought they would have made much more success. I'm kind of putting words in his mouth, but the gist I got was they would have been much more successful if they had let them all talk to you with each other.
SPEAKER_03These are all very smart people. You know what I mean? He thinks like don't you think he would have been like to someone else, like, come on, just come on, let me see the third floor.
SPEAKER_04Come on. Well, I I think they were under like close observation.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Okay, because I would have tried to like schmooze my way up, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_04No, they they were in like this dentist was no joke. I would have brought in a flask, gotten Kevin drunk.
SPEAKER_03You know what I'm saying? Kevin, show me the third floor.
SPEAKER_04I think you'd have to bop him on the head. And they probably had surveillance. Okay, fine. But his point was like, you know, they don't know, like maybe the like exterior, like the the skin, he called it of the craft, maybe that somehow worked with all this stuff. They don't know. You know what I mean? Like, because these things don't need to be connected to work. So that's so weird. Anyways, um, so they only let him in the first two. Um, the center, like when you go into the craft, when you open the hatch and you go into the craft, that's where there appeared to be three seats, although he wasn't sure if they were seats, but they kind of looked like seats. They were too, he said, too small and low to the ground for adult human beings.
SPEAKER_03So they were for the teeny tiniers.
SPEAKER_04They were for the teeny tinies. Um, or he's like, maybe they weren't chairs, maybe they just looked like chairs. Um, he doesn't know they wouldn't aliens put them in. And then they were like, this will confuse the human.
SPEAKER_03Let's put baby chairs in here.
SPEAKER_04And they're like giants. Um, he said they wouldn't let him touch the chairs when he went in. So it was like real weird. He couldn't even touch them. Couldn't even touch them. So weird. And they were so like near the chairs were was the um the reactor and then the amplifier, there were three amplifiers in there. And then the bottom hat the bottom floor was where the emitters were. Okay, yeah, I can see that in the photo. Yes. Um, he said, like when you looked, so if if you were sitting in chair and you looked straight ahead, but I think they went around the whole craft were these like arches on the walls, which when the craft was on, um, one went transparent and it like turned into a window. Oh, cool. And you can see out. And then he said at some point, like half of that window turned blue and a bunch of symbols that he couldn't recognize. He said the closest thing he could think of and it looked like Korean symbols, but they weren't Korean symbols, but they appeared and they were like tilting. They were like tilting back and forth. And he's not sure if that was supposed to happen or what, but that's what he observed.
SPEAKER_03That's weird.
SPEAKER_04Very weird. Um, on the upper level, like I said, he didn't go in, but there were these porthole-looking things. He doesn't think they were windows or portholes. He thinks that they were the purpose of those were to maybe locate when they were up in outer space, kind of identify where they were. Oh, okay. Um then it had a small little antenna at the top, but it wasn't, he called it a wave guide. That antenna connected to a long tube that connected to the top of the reactor. Uh so there was that was like the when you have the reactor in the center with that sphere on the top, there was a tube that you would pull down that would connect to the top of that half circle, and then that was what also connected to that antenna.
SPEAKER_03What purpose did it serve? I don't know.
SPEAKER_04Okay, we don't know. We had no sense. He didn't he didn't say. Um, he said inside was sparse, and he said he felt ominous. It was dark. Um everything was the same material. Everything was the same color and material. I gotta say. Go ahead. Aliens, yeah, they sound they sound pretty, pretty boring. Well, that's I thought like if it was a human craft, there'd be colors, pictures, right? Cutouts of the magazine from the teen beat. Yeah, right. I just feel like there was nothing. It was the same thing. Do they make jokes? You know, do they have fun? I don't think they have they ever smiled. Which, you know, some people say, are these things demons? I mean, maybe they are. Like, because I feel like when you think of demon, you think of ugly, like not beauty. Yeah, like thing he said it felt ominous in there. You feel this heavy, dark.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that's not good. No. He said someone bring some sage in there. They should have. I wonder if they would have brought like a crucifix or something. No, I don't know. Anything would have happened. Because again, I don't know what aliens are, you know? Yeah. With some, I don't know. Spooky.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, they should have saged it though. That's right.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, something like that. Some holy water. Something. Who knows?
SPEAKER_04Um, then he said there were there were, so that was one of nine crafts. He said the one time when he went into the hangar to see the test fight, they're like, we're gonna show you how this thing works. He walked into the hangar and um the nine bays were all like the nine hangars were all connected by these doors, or bays, whatever. And he said those bay doors were open so he could see the next two, like he could see the crafts of the next two hangers. The one, he said, guess what he thought it sort of looked like? A cigar. No, I wish it was such a good guess. A potato. No, another good guess. He said it looked like a jello mold or a bunt cade mold cake mold. What? Turned upside down, so like without a hole in it. So it looked like a, you know, yeah. A butt cake? A bunt cake. It was which I mean then, or is this a doofy? Like, I don't know. That is so weird. And then the one over that was, he said it looked like a straw carnival hat. So kind of like a top hat, but the hat wasn't very high. It's like a low, like wow.
SPEAKER_03Do you think of a carnival worker with like a straw hat with like a low. Yeah, that's like square. You mean like a barker, like a person who's at like a sideshow being like, come on up and it was round square and round. Yes, and short. But yes, short. Yeah, like it's not a very looking carnival worker. Yes. Not like today, Carney, because that they don't really have hats.
SPEAKER_04What's that movie, Little Gemma, with Dick Van Dyke? Yes, exactly. Um Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
SPEAKER_03Yes, girl, don't let me get me started. It's a great movie. Every Christmas. It's a every Christmas movie. It's not a Christmas movie, but it is to me.
SPEAKER_04I appreciate it. It's a it's a great movie.
SPEAKER_03T J Bang Bang T G. I like you, I love that movie so much.
SPEAKER_04Um, there are a lot of songs in there. Well, that the bamboo scene where he's like, something that the old bamboo, you know, that's when he's at the carnival. Yeah. They're throwing the bamboo sticks around. Uh-huh. So those hats. Yes. That's what it looked like. And he said it wasn't like it was leaning up against the wall in the brim of the hat. If you can think of what the hat brim looks like, there were there were two holes, and it looked like they were hit by a projectile from underneath because the way the metal was bent.
SPEAKER_03So it was like shot down.
SPEAKER_04Yes, that's what it appeared possible. And all three were like the same color and material. So the test flight, so that so when he he goes to see this test flight, the interesting things that he mentioned were um the first thing he notices is that there were people like outside the craft. The craft was already outside, um, like outside of the hangar. They had already had it out, it was on the ground. Um, but there were people that were not in the craft that were using a PHF, don't know what that is, radio to communicate with someone inside the craft. And that was something he said. He said, if this was a gravity like force, you would if it was gravity, you weren't gonna be able to communicate using yeah, radio waves. He's like, that that wouldn't work. He said, so the craft silently lifts off the ground. He said there was a little bit of a hiss and then a brief blue glow at the bottom as it lifted off, and then the glow stopped. It just you know it was its normal color. Um, so it's like hovering in the air. Dennis like motions to Bob to move forward. So Bob said he like walked forward. He wasn't looking up, he was just looking forward. And then he turned to look at Dennis to be like, is this what I'm supposed to do? Yeah. And Dennis like motioned for him to step back a little bit, and then he told him to stop, and then he said, Look up, like he gestured to point it up. Bob looks up and he can't see anything. So this force that's coming out of the bottom, this this per force that's propelling it up is distorting light, I guess, or bending light. So you can't see you can't see the craft. It looks like isn't that what Abel Tsar said about gravity? The gravity does do that. Yeah, so this is a gravity-like force, but he doesn't think it's gravity, in that it was bending the light, so he couldn't see the craft. And then Dennis told him to like back up or go forward more, and Bob went forward more, and then he said he could start to see the craft. It was like distorted at first, and then it was clear the further he walked out.
SPEAKER_03So that was cool. That is pretty cool.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_03So Dennis isn't all that much of a menace.
SPEAKER_04No, he had his moments, he had his moments. Okay, since we're short on time, I'm gonna skip some stuff that you'll just never know what it is. Guess we'll just never know. Guess we'll never know unless you watch the thing. Um I guess we do have to leave some things for the movie, right? Yes, that's true. Okay, as he was working there, even though it was brief, he had concerns. Like he would he would see people following him. Um, his friends even noticed it. Outside of yes, I'm sorry. When he was doing his own thing at home, going to the gym, going to the grocery store, whatever, he noticed cars following him, people following him. Made him very uneasy. So he was starting to worry, like they're gonna kill me. Yeah. But at the same time, you know, someone who's so worried about being killed, he knew that Barry had a list of the test flights. This craft the government would test fly this thing in the evenings. It was always Wednesdays, he said, because that was when the traffic was the lowest on the adjacent highway.
SPEAKER_03That's so funny.
SPEAKER_04So Bob like snuck a look at the test flight list and he got his friends and they went to see the test flights. And they have, I mean, VHS video, so it's not very good. You see this light like moving around, but it's not great. But he his friends witnessed this thing. Yeah. And um, they went a few times and were caught. No. So once they were caught, Bob was like, uh-oh. And the next day they call him back to work. No, they don't take him to S4, they take him, you know, into No, I can't believe he actually went.
SPEAKER_03I'd be like, this is Bob's mom. He has diarrhea. He can't make it into work. He's got it. He has it. He also drank his old water bottle on the podcast table. He's not feeling really good. He is down for the health.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, sorry. It's it's not it's laying people up for a really long time. So at least a month. Yeah. Yeah. But no, yeah, to me, his crazy.
SPEAKER_03That's crazy that he actually went. I would have thought they were gonna kill me.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, they're gonna kill me. And he went. And he said they yelled at him, they were poking a gun at him. It was he said it was bad, but they let him leave. So then after he le Oh, and he said during that time they were like threatening him with as charging with espionage, they threatened to kill him, people were still following him after he left. Um, and he said there was one incident where he was driving. I don't think it was the jet-powered car.
SPEAKER_03You guys couldn't see it. But Jem was like, he was driving, and then made sure to mimic driving to me because I'm a full-fledged idiot, and she didn't think I would know. I'm just getting excited. He was driving. It was funny.
SPEAKER_04Um, so he's driving down the highway, and this car pulls up, and he said at first he thought it was some like kid trying to race him or whatever, but no, it was someone who pulled a gun out of the window and shot at him, and he said it blew out the back tire, and he pulls off the road, and he said he was kind of like waiting at like waiting tense because he thought the person followed him and was gonna come up and kill him. Finish the job, but the person didn't the car sped off.
SPEAKER_03It's like Scientology, yes, it's like Scientology.
SPEAKER_04You know what? That's a really great point. It is, it is just like scientists.
SPEAKER_03They're just like weirdly threatening him and making sure he knows they're there. Yeah, yeah, it's weird. And they don't care. Yeah, they don't care.
SPEAKER_04No, um, so at that point, he was friends with John Lear, and Lear is like Lear Jets, like Lear Aviation or something, like it was a member of that family. Um, and Lear was like, You gotta talk to George Knapp. So that's how he got connected with George Knapp and went public with his story. Okay. Um he said after he went public, things got I mean, he didn't get shot out again, but people would still people they sort of messed with like playing mind games with him. He said people would break into his house and move things around. Um he said he would park the car, go in the gym, he'd come out, all his car like the car doors would all be open, the trunk would be open, um, but his like wallet and stuff would still be in there, like, so it wasn't like anyone broke in to steal it. He said there was one instance where Dennis called him and was like, We need to meet up at Union Plaza Casino in Las Vegas. And he was like, Okay. So he took friends with him, he goes to the casino, he said he passed two guys that looked familiar to him from uh like from being like maybe they were security guards from S4. He sees Dennis, he goes over to Dennis and was like, Hey Dennis, and Dennis wouldn't like look or acknowledge him.
SPEAKER_03You brought me the whole way out here to Vegas.
SPEAKER_04Yes, you brought me the whole way out. When he got back, that was when his house was broken into. And he said he thinks like Dennis like lured him out there, yes, and he said they took something, and you kinda it kind of makes it seem like they might have taken like the element one fifteen. I was gonna say, was it the element 115? He doesn't say that, but that's what you're almost like unless he stole something else. Yeah, I don't I mean he didn't want to admit to us, yeah. Who knows? But he said they definitely stole something. So um he said the weeks and months that followed were the worst time in his life. Wow. And I remember from his Dreamland book, I think it was like it wasn't even just him, it was his family. I think we got audited, like the government really messed with him for years.
SPEAKER_03That's why he got fired for going to look at the at the Yes.
SPEAKER_04Okay, that's why he got fired because he went took his friends to the test site. Okay. They're like, did you think when we said it was you can't tell people that it was you know exception for your friends and family, like, you know, whatever. But yeah, actually. Um but okay, I was wrong. Okay. Present day, Bob is remarried, and he um he and his wife live in the mountains in Oregon. Okay. And he it was like really sweet. They had like the wife has like a horse farm. I love it. And then he has like a giant lab that he does multiple experience experiments at once, and he's like all excited about it. So it like it, I feel like it has a happy ending. He's doing great. He he seems to be. And have they left him alone? You know, the Jeremy Corbell documentary about him years ago, like I remember when they were filming that the government was still messing with him. That's what I thought.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so he's still not off the hook.
SPEAKER_04No, and I think so. It's possible, and even after this comes out, who knows if they'll still mess with him. Um, he does say, he said um he believes that the government should tell us that admit that they have the crafts and that we have contact with aliens, but the technology should be kept secret because he's like, you know, it has weapons potential and stuff like that. Sure. So and he does, I don't know if he said it exactly this way, but you get the impression that sometimes he wishes he hadn't said anything so that he could still be working. Like he's like, I'm dying to know what's going on in there. What's going on in there?
SPEAKER_03Honestly, it wasn't meant for him. You know what I mean? It was this was meant to happen. Yeah, it feels like this was meant to happen because I'm sorry, but like for as smart as he is, bring your friends to go watch it. That's come after acknowledging that people were already following you.
SPEAKER_04Right. Like, come on. And it's like maybe go to the highway. Like, I wouldn't like they go drive on the highway to see if you can't. Go to a public space. Don't go because that they were caught by like the Area 51 guards. That's a mean. So they see the guards coming, and so he darts off into the desert because he's like, I can't be caught. So the guards just get like the four friends, and they meet up with Bob like at a spot. Bob gets in the car, and then a sheriff catches them. Like it, like there must have been another checkpoint kind, or maybe they alerted the sheriff, and the sheriff's like, I have five people here, they're like, You should only have four, and that's how he collects the IDs, and that's how he knows it's Bob. Cops, dude. So, yeah, so um you would have thought he would have been a little wiser. But I mean, he was young, I know that's what I mean. Yeah. Um, the one thing I want to mention is he he's done, I think he's done a couple podcasts to promote this movie. And the one he did, it was like Area 52, which I've referenced some ones before because I listened to one of that guy's podcasts for a podcast here. Um but the guy's like Like he mentions Travis Walton because who does? Bonazar? No, the Area 52 guy, because he's like, the craft you describe kind of sounds like the craft that Travis Walton described. Right. And he's like, Do you know about him? And he's like, Oh yeah, I'd love to meet him, whatever. And the Area 52 guy's like, I'll hook you up. I'll hook you up. So I've only I'm only 30 minutes in, but there is a podcast with Lazar and Travis Walton. I thought it would be like someone interviewing the both of them. Like, you know what I mean? Yeah. It's the two of them at this diner. Just kind of shooting the shit. Yeah. And so it's not, it's like a let down. Like, I mean, I'm 30 minutes in, it's interesting, but it's kind of like Bob interviewing Travis. Someone needs to be there to like facilitate that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03The Area 52 guy who was like, hey, I'll hook it up. Should have been a good idea. He should have been involved in that. Agreed.
SPEAKER_04It should have been a podcast with the three of them. And he would have because he does a good job with his podcast like asking questions. So, but that's just wanted to mention that mashup because, like, you know, it's those are two high-profile people.
SPEAKER_03Well, thank you to Bob Bazaar. Oh, thank you. Whoa, do you have more?
SPEAKER_04No, I don't.
SPEAKER_03Go ahead. Thank you to Bob Bazar for coming forward and telling us the things that you know we're we deserve to know. That we deserve to know. Thank you, our friend Ryan, for telling us about the craft that you saw. Yes. And our friend from Oregon. And our friend from Oregon and Steph.
SPEAKER_04And little Gemma here. And little Gemma hanging out. What do you think, little Gemma? Was it?
SPEAKER_03Two thumbs up.
SPEAKER_04Um, the one I'm trying to find the next podcast topic because I have it. Okay. I did not know about this, but I heard it mentioned by the Area 52 guy, so I gotta I'm gonna try to watch some kind of show on it. The next episode will be about a UFO crash in 1948 that allegedly happened in Aztec, New Mexico. And it was the what piqued my interest was it was a 100-foot flying saucer that crashed with 16 dead alien bodies inside. Damn. 16! Like that's like the what's a mother mother load. Um so that's cool. I don't know if it's true or not, but I'm gonna look into that and we'll talk about Aztec New Mexico UFO crash from 48. Hell yeah. So um thank you, Jim.
SPEAKER_0310, 11 minutes over. Yeah. Sorry.
SPEAKER_04But thanks for bearing. It's okay. Thank you for bringing the story.
SPEAKER_03Bob Lazar deserves it. He deserves an hour and 10. All I'm saying is, you guys, I got a new job. I'm not remote anymore, and I can't edit as freely on like my lunch breaks and stuff. So it's become a lot harder for me to get editing done. Look, I'm good with technology if you want to enlist my help. That's hilarious. It would take way longer. Yeah, I know you'd be editing for a year. Yes. All right, everybody. Thank you so much for coming. Jem, thank you for the story as usual. Thank you for it. Little Gemma, do you want to say anything to say goodbye? I know what you can say. There you go. You're gonna, how about you do the sign-off for us? Do the sign-off.
SPEAKER_02Stay safe and don't get abducted.
